SHIPPING & DELIVERY
COCOONY ships every order above 100 euros for free of charge to Belgium and the Netherlands. Under 100 euro we charge 5 euro.

For Germany, UK, France and Spain we also free shipping above 150€, Under 150€ we charge between 10 and 13 euros



When do we deliver?
COCOONY aims to process and ship all orders within 24H if the item is available.
We offer ‘next day’ delivery for all orders placed before 3 pm on a weekday. Your order will be delivered between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm the next day.
Our courrier BPOST delivers from Monday to Friday, POSTNL also on Saturdays. You can track the package by using the track and trace code, which we send to you by e-mail after your package is shipped.

Free shipping from €100 or higher for the following countries

  • Belgium
  • Netherlands

We try to ship our orders within 24hours on business days.
Please note that the delivery times that are provided with your order confirmation are just used to give you a basic overview on the number of business days it takes for an order to be delivered after receiving your order confirmation, but this is definitely not accurate. Thank you for understanding that we have no influence on delivery delays due to safety measures of the customs authorities, or other possible delays. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery time is not respected. If the shipment did not arrive on time, we cannot grant you a refund of the shipping costs on terms of non-compliances.

Refund
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at nathalie@cocoony.be. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
